Whitewater Unified School District Opens Summer School Registration
WHITEWATER, WI — Whitewater Unified School District summer school registration is now open, offering students a range of academic and enrichment opportunities.
The summer program will run from June 8 through July 2, with classes held Monday through Thursday. Families can register their students through the district’s Infinite Campus system now through April 24, or until capacity is reached.
WUSD summer school is designed to support learners of all ages by providing opportunities to strengthen academic skills, explore new interests, and stay engaged during the summer months. Course offerings include hands-on art, science, and physical education activities, literacy book clubs and interventions, math skill building, music, and more.
Elementary students with a Personal Reading Plan (PRP) will also have access to continued intensive intervention services during summer school to support ongoing literacy development and progress toward proficiency.
“Our summer school program provides meaningful opportunities for students to continue learning, build confidence, and stay connected,” said Superintendent Samuel Karns. “We encourage families to take advantage of these engaging and supportive learning experiences.”
Families are asked to complete enrollment early to secure course selections for their students.
